Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, the decor is beautiful, and it feels very local. The staff are friendly and extremely enthusiastic. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, and I especially liked their chocolate pudding - it was truly worthy of their signature dish. In addition, the restrooms of the restaurant are kept very clean and odorless. The wifi is strong. The prices of the food are very reasonable, and I think if I ever have the chance to visit Paris again, I will return to the restaurant to try more dishes!"
"My husband and I enjoyed dinner here while on our honeymoon and left with memories of a meal that will inspire us to return. If you go here the show stopper is the lamb and Aligot. I ordered the duck, but my husband ordered the lamb and I was jealous. The duck was delicious but the lamb is slow cooked for many hours and is buttery meaty goodness. There is nothing better than Aligot (incredibly cheesy mashed potatoes). The crème brulee was also divine. We can’t wait to come back!"
"The aligot was excellent and the steak salers was one of the best steaks I had. All the food was delicious. Staff were super friendly, really nice location, really recommend!"
"Excellent dining experience! Would recommend! We went for dinner without prior booking but were lucky enough to find a table. Had the duck and the lamb with aligot and thought they were the best we've ever had. Until we had the chocolate mousse which ruined desserts from now on. I'm sure we'll struggle to find anything remotely as good as this. The wine list was great and so was the Armagnac. Staff very friendly too!"
"Very delicious lamb with aligot and Duck. Service was friendly too. We'll be back"
"It was the best find in Paris!!! The food is incredible, the Aligot, oh my god... It was like velvet. We were treated so well. My dog Zoe even got a piece of cheese. Just go, and thank me later."
"The food is simply amazing. The scallop in the risotto is cooked to perfection and melts in the mouth. The beef filet is cooked to our prefer wellness and the sauce complements it. The aligot was super delicious, a good blend of mashed potato and cheese that’s really fragrant! Lastly, the chocolate mousse is delicious and it’s a great dessert recommendation! The service was also prompt and polite, highly recommend to visit this restaurant!"
"We were looking for a quick, casual dinner and had a marvellous time here. We sat outside as it was pleasantly warm. All 3 of us (2 adults & one child) enjoyed mashed potato with meat: country sausage, pan fried steak & slow-cooked lamb and it was superb. The adults also had a bottle of red and it went well with our meal. That mashed potato is really excellent and we will certainly be back for more."
